Ex-WWE Diva Shares Sad Story Behind Topless Photo

A former WWE Diva made a heartbreaking confession.

Shelly Martinez had a run in the independent circuit before joining the Stamford-based company in 2005. However, the 46-year-old lasted only two years there.

In 2007, Martinez, who was known as Ariel in WWE, was released from her contract. Later that same year, she debuted in TNA under the ring name Salinas. The California native’s TNA stint was also short-lived as she departed the promotion the following year.

The former Knockout recently reposted a topless photo of herself with the Mexican flag on X, captioning it “TNA daze” and a link to the song “Anywhere I Go” by Slightly Stoopid.

During a recent episode of her Too Much Information (TMI) podcast, the former WWE Diva opened up about how she felt taking that picture, revealing that she did not think she was hot and s*xy when she pitched the idea.

When I took that photo, Lee South, I love shooting with him. He’s so awesome. I didn’t think I was like this hot s*xy like whatever. I was like, ‘I have this really cute idea for this photoshoot. It’ll be really cute.’ That’s what I thought. And behind those eyes, behind the s*xiness is a sad girl who’s trying to figure it out because she doesn’t know what the F just happened or what’s happening. That’s why it’s TNA daze. Ex-WWE Diva Shelly Martinez Had Topless Photos Leaked

During a previous episode of her TMI podcast, Shelly Martinez revealed that she had some private topless photos of her leaked, suggesting an ex-boyfriend may have been responsible.

The former WWE Diva added that she attempted to have the images removed from the internet, saying she felt violated.

I hate this cuz like now people are gonna go look for it. It’s part of the story, though. So, what are you gonna do? There’s two photos that circulate of me being topless. And I’m here to tell you it was either, cuz I can’t remember which boyfriend it was. It was either one of my long-distance boyfriends, someone got into his phone, or the wrestling school that I was with, and I took those pictures there.

They had a camera and they did it. One of the three is who it is. And I hate it. And I’ve tried to scrub it from the internet because that makes me feel so violated that I said, ‘No more. I’m reclaiming my body. No more nips. No more vag. This is private, private, private. And those two photos, no matter how many times I pat to get for it to get scrubbed, they show right back up. And it pi**es me off to no end. It’s one of those three people.
