Ex-WWE Diva Regrets Posing Nude For Fan: “Sold Piece Of My Soul”

A former WWE Diva has made a heartbreaking personal confession.

Shelly Martinez competed on the independent circuit for a few years before joining WWE in 2005. After performing as Ariel for two years, the 46-year-old was released from her contract in 2007. She later had a brief stint in TNA, which ended in 2008.

Between 2008 and 2017, Martinez made sporadic appearances on the indies before retiring from wrestling. Away from the ring, the former WWE Diva tried multiple approaches to earn a living, including posing topless and nude.

The Former WWE Diva Posed For A Fan For Money

Speaking on her Too Much Information podcast, Shelly Martinez disclosed that a time came when she regretted posing nude, and she promised herself that she would not do it again.

Nevertheless, the former Ariel admitted to breaking her rule only once when a fan offered her a significant amount of money during a very low time in her life. She admitted that knowing these photos exist still hurts her to this day.

There was a time where I was really, really broke, and I was in a really, really bad place, and this fan of mine offered a lot of money for just one photo, and I broke my rule, and I did it. Even though it was years ago, it bothers me to this day. It bothers me to this day because I feel like I sold a piece of my soul.
