A blockbuster night of action at AEW Revolution continued with some more thrilling action from the City of Angels, which saw some amazing surprises in store for the fans.

The first huge return saw Adam Copeland and Christian Cage make their long-awaited comeback to the promotion, which was followed by the surprising debut of megastar Ronda Rousey.

An already exciting night became even better when Jon Moxley and Konosuke Takeshita gave it their all to leave as the Continental Champion, but it was Moxley who left with the belt.

However, Mox wasn’t able to celebrate his win for long. Just before he could leave the arena with the rest of the Death Riders, the lights went off, and a video package played on screen.

The video showed the return of a popular AEW star, Will Ospreay. The Aerial Assassin had been out with a nick injury since last year’s Forbidden Door, where the Death Riders unleashed a brutal attack on him.

He then came out to the ring and immediately took out Jon Moxley and then slammed the rest of the members of the Death Riders as he stood tall in the ring, with his sights set firmly on the Death Riders, who had taken months off his career.
