Even More WWE Raw Stars Show Up In NXT

Ever since the WWE Draft, NXT has seen several stars lost to the main roster but in return, there seems to be a new face showing up on the white and gold brand each week.

The NXT Draft saw the brand lose 17 stars to the main roster including the NXT Women’s Champion at the time Indi Hartwell and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre. Two other NXT stars – Von Wagner and Xyon Quinn – were given free agent status meaning they can appear on the main roster as well as NXT.

However, the roster lines have been blurred yet again on the 13th of June edition of NXT television as several main roster stars appeared, including two that haven’t been featured in quite some time.

Mustafa Ali was on the show, as he has been in recent weeks, competing with Tyler Bate and Wes Lee in a six-man tag team match against The Schism while Baron Corbin earned himself an NXT Championship match by defeating Ilja Dragunov.

Scrypts and Axiom joined forces to defeat Dabba-Kato on the show but they were attacked by the Los Lotharios – Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza.

Humberto and Angel have not appeared in one televised tag team match in 2023 with their only other TV appearances on the WWE main roster coming in battle royals.

Although Seth Rollins wasn’t in the Capitol Center, he did appear on the NXT show via the big screen to accept a challenge for his WWE World Heavyweight Title from Bron Breakker.
