Drew McIntyre has been booked for a championship match before WrestleMania 42.

The Scottish Warrior’s WrestleMania 42 challenger is Randy Orton. The Viper won the men’s Elimination Chamber match.

However, McIntyre’s interference in that match infuriated Nick Aldis. He immediately booked a title match between McIntyre and Cody Rhodes for WWE SmackDown.

Drew McIntyre calls out WWE for breach of contract

Before the Three Stages of Hell championship match, McIntyre had a no-rematch clause added to the contract. However, since Nick Aldis did book a match between them, the Undisputed WWE Champion has called out this action while speaking to Complex Graps.

Nevertheless, McIntyre is determined to go through Cody Rhodes and keep his spot as champion.

The way I see it, why did we have Elimination Chamber if it’s not going to lead to a one-on-one match? Right now it’s me and Randy Orton.

I’ve got to go into Friday, get through Cody, and I say it’s a breach of contract. Anyone but Cody. So I’m going in on Friday with a different game plan.

I have to get through Cody and everyone else, leave that show as champion, and walk into WrestleMania as champion for a one-on-one match. Every title match should be one-on-one at WrestleMania. And it’s going to be Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton once I get through Cody Rhodes.

It has been speculated that WrestleMania 42 will be Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton, and possibly McIntyre vs. Jacob Fatu.
