Cody Rhodes has something important to say on NXT.
The 10th of October edition of NXT is sure to be a big show with John Cena and Paul Heyman both appearing as they will corner Carmelo Hayes and Bron Breakker respectively in a battle between two former NXT Champions.
Also on that show, former undefeated NXT Women’s Champion Asuka will return to the brand where she made her name in WWE to face Roxanne Perez.
The stacked show will have even more on offer as WWE revealed on social media that for the first time ever Cody Rhodes will be heading to the brand synonymous with his father, the late, great Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes will not be competing on the show but it is being teased that he will have a “major announcement” to make.

Why is Cody Rhodes appearing on NXT television?
WWE is stacking NXT on the 10th of October with main roster stars including Cody Rhodes as for one night only the Wednesday Night Wars will return on a Tuesday.
A scheduling change means AEW Dynamite will take place on Tuesday rather than Wednesday and AEW is also stacking its flagship show in the hopes of maintaining ratings dominance over its WWE counterpart.
Adam Copeland is scheduled to have his first match in the company since making his shocking AEW debut at WrestleDream and he will take on Luchasaurus in the show that is being billed as “Title Tuesday.”
