Brutal Trios War Sets the Tone for AEW Dynamite in Las Vegas

AEW emanates live from the Pearl Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada, tonight as it continues the slow build towards their first pay-per-view of the year, AEW Revolution.

Tonight’s episode is set to feature Ricochet as he defends his National Championship against Jack Perry. Meanwhile, Brody King challenges MJF in a World Championship Eliminator match in the main event.

The night kicked off with a brutal trios clash between the Death Riders and the Don Callis Family. Jon Moxley is accompanied by Pac and Dani Garcia as they take on the team of El Clon, Josh Alexander, and The Alpha, Konosuke Takeshita.

Don Callis Family make a positive start to AEW Dynamite

The two groups wrestled an incredibly hard-hitting match, which saw them both gain the upper hand. Mox got irritated by the proceedings that he introduced a steel chair, but didn’t use it.

He turned the tide for his team after Pac got Mox in with a hot tag after being isolated by the other three for a while. The Death Riders headed to a win after Garcia trapped Takeshita in a Scorpion Death Drop and Mox hit a stomp, but the Japanese star kicked out.

It was then Garica’s turn to kick out as he kicked out of a Blue Thunder Bomb as he fought hard to stay in the match. With Pac and Mox scattered on ringside, Dani Garica could only fight for so long before Takeshita ultimately earned the win.
