Bron Breakker & Nikkita Lyons Make Appearances At WWE Extreme Rules
Two of NXT’s top competitors were on hand at WWE Extreme Rules, as both Bron Breakker and Nikkita Lyons made appearances on-screen during the event.
Although there can be no official confirmation that either competitor will be moving to the main roster, an appearance at Extreme Rules for both Breakker and Lyons has to be done with some kind of planning behind it.
NXT Champion Bron Breakker was pictured before the main event Fight Pit match between Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and Matt Riddle, whilst Nikkita Lyons was on screen before Liv Morgan defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey. Given those matches were chosen in particular, it could be an indication that they could be due for a run on Raw and SmackDown respectively.
Both were given nameplates which included the NXT logo and styling, which gives the impression that any move would not be permanent, at least at this stage.

A run on the main roster would not be the first appearances on this stage for the NXT Champion, as Bron Breakker appeared on the post-WrestleMania 38 edition of Monday Night Raw, regaining his title from Dolph Ziggler having lost it a few days before at NXT Stand And Deliver. He has also teamed with Tommaso Ciampa in a successful outing against Ziggler and Robert Roode.
Nikkita Lyons hasn’t made a main roster appearance to this point, however was originally scheduled to be a part of the Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament alongside Zoey Stark, however the team was pulled due to a Stark injury.
