Shocker! Beloved WWE Star Makes Surprise Entry in Women’s Royal Rumble

WWE got its first surprise entrant at the Royal Rumble in the form of Lola Vice.

This is the first time the NXT star is competing in the 30-woman over-the-top rope elimination match. Vice entered at #6, immediately taking on five other superstars.

The 27-year-old has made strides in the developmental brand as well as AAA Lucha Libre.

Vice has previously unsuccessfully challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship. She also teamed up with Mr. Iguana to challenge Chelsea Green and Ethan Page for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Title.

She recently won the #1 Contender’s match for the AAA Reina de Reinas title by defeating La Hiedra.

Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss Kick Off WWE Women’s Royal Rumble

Charlotte Flair was revealed as the #1 entrant of the WWE Women’s Royal Rumble. As she awaited her opponent, a familiar entrance theme played, which was that of her tag team partner, Alexa Bliss.

The two veterans exchanged mock pleasantries before attempting each other’s finishers on each other. The two reconciled and awaited their next opponent, all the while, as the audience encouraged them to fight.
