Ava Blasts WWE Fans For Sending Death Threats Over Storyline Involving The Rock
Ava has revealed that some wrestling fans have been sending her death threats over WWE’s WrestleMania plans involving her father, The Rock.
There has been a lot of anger felt by some WWE fans who are not happy about how Smackdown ended on February 2nd. Instead of having Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes declare that he was going to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title, Cody stepped aside and The Rock arrived on Smackdown.
It appears as though Rock is going to challenge Reigns at WrestleMania 40 although WWE has yet to announce anything officially as of this writing. It has also been revealed that The Rock challenging Reigns has been the plan since early January when The Rock officially agreed to join the TKO Board of Directors.
Since this happened, a lot of fans have been angry on social media and a video with The Rock was also booed at a WWE live event. Fans have been showing support for Cody Rhodes online by using the #WeWantCody hashtag, which was trending all day on Saturday in the number one spot on Twitter/X.
Ava is The Rock’s daughter and she was recently named the on-screen General Manager of WWE’s NXT brand. As an NXT performer, Ava was also part of the Schism group in the past, but she hasn’t wrestled that often.
As the NXT GM, Ava has nothing to do with WWE’s on-screen product on Raw or Smackdown, yet for some reason, some fans attacked her on Twitter and made death threats towards her. That’s according to Ava, who tweeted on Twitter/X about it.
death threats over a situation i have nothing to do with … bffr

The fact that she had to tweet something like that shows how crazy some wrestling fans are and they need to show some restraint when it comes to bothering people like Ava, who has nothing to do with the situation.
Ava Appears At NXT’s Vengeance Day
At WWE NXT Vengeance Day on Sunday night, NXT General Manager Ava was interviewed during the show to talk about upcoming NXT events.
Vengeance Day was a six-match show featuring NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov, NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria and NXT North American Champion Oba Femi retaining their titles.
The big news coming out Vengeance Day was after the main event when Carmelo Hayes turned heel on his best friend Trick Williams after Williams lost his NXT Title match to Dragunov.
