AJ Lee Concerned For CM Punk’s Health After Collapsing At WWE WrestleMania 42

AJ Lee is extremely concerned for her husband CM Punk’s health, as Jackie Redmond revealed backstage information after WWE WrestleMania 42.

The Second City Saint defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Roman Reigns tonight at the Show of Shows. During the match, Punk was busted open and bled from his mouth.

Although he continued to fight, The Best in the World collapsed as he tried to hit his opponent with a GTS. Unfortunately for Punk, he eventually fell victim to The OTC.

On the WrestleMania Sunday post-show, Cathy Kelley addressed CM Punk’s condition, revealing that AJ Lee was concerned for his health as she watched him collapse from Gorilla Position.

Kelley added that she would try to provide a medical update on The Second City Saint later on the show.

I was actually sitting in Gorilla with AJ Lee watching this match. And you could tell how emotional she was throughout it. At the beginning, just knowing how important tonight was for CM Punk. And she’s been there for this entire journey of leaving WWE, coming back, main eventing for the first time, walking in to WrestleMania this year as the World Heavyweight Champion. Of course, towards the end she was emotional, just being concerned for his health out there. I think we all saw him collapse at one point. So, hopefully we can provide a medical update later this evening.
