AEW & CM Punk Launch Trans Pride Shirt

CM Punk AEW

CM Punk’s latest piece of AEW merchandise raises money for a good cause.

The newest T-shirt released by Shop AEW sees Punk’s iconic crossed fists logo over the transgender flag in support of the community. The T-shirt is available to purchase here and is only available for a limited period of time, as orders for the merchandise will stop on Tuesday, August 22nd.

The CM punk merch is also available to buy on Pro Wrestling Tees and is already the top seller, outperforming the very popular Better Than You Bay Bay merch from best friends Adam Cole and MJF.

100% of the royalties will be donated to The Trevor Project, an organisation dedicated to preventing suicide in LGBTQ youth. The organisation provides 24/7 support to those who need it all year round, which is vital as 56% of young LGBTQ people that wanted mental health care in the USA in the past year were unable to receive it.

The design debuted on the August 5th episode of Collision, with Real World Champion Punk wearing the T-shirt to the ring for his upcoming title defence against Ricky Starks, which also saw Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat serve as special enforcer.

CM Punk Shows Support To Transgender Community And Abortion Rights On AEW

This is not the first time that Punk has openly voiced his opinion on issues that divide the nation. In May 2022 The Best In The World would appear in Texas with a T-shirt stating the phrase “Abortion rights are human rights” in reference to the controversial Roe v. Wade ruling.
