After weeks of rumors swirling around the internet, former IWGP Heavyweight Champion EVIL made his WWE debut at the end of April as he confronted the NXT Champion, Tony D’Angelo.

EVIL, now going by Naraku in WWE, made a huge debut by interrupting D’Angelo and immediately issued a warning to the NXT Champion, signaling that he’s coming after his title.

Naraku confirmed last week on WWE NXT that he would be making his in-ring debut in the promotion tonight, and the fans didn’t have to wait very long to see him make his in-ring debut.

Naraku picks up the win on WWE in-ring debut

He was scheduled to face off against former 24/7 champion, Lince Dorado, who re-signed with the Stamford-based promotion last year and currently works as a trainer, along with being an in-ring competitor.

Dorado got a little offense in the match, but Naraku was able to overpower him easily and continued to dominate him in almost the entirety of the match.

Naraku ultimately picked up the win after he hit Lince with Everything is EVIL to put him out of his misery and begin his WWE career on a winning note.
