There are more names coming out in terms of WWE personnel that have tested posted for COVID-19 aka Coronavirus. There were reports yesterday that multiple people in WWE have tested positive for it after the company did extensive testing last week. Some sites are estimating “two dozen” people, but we don’t know that as fact right now.

We already reported on Renee Young announcing she had Coronavirus earlier in a tweet late last night. Today, another WWE announcer shared the news with Kayla Braxton noting that she has now tested positive for Coronavirus twice. You may recall a report a few months ago of somebody in WWE that had Coronavirus, but no name was announced. Braxton revealed she had Coronavirus in March and now she has it again.

Kayla tweeted: “Was keeping it quiet but since everyone else is sharing, I feel like it is my responsibility to share this PSA: YOU CAN GET COVID-19 MORE THAN ONCE! I had it back in early March and then thought I was invincible after I recovered. Not true. Dont be dumb like me.”

Shortly after that, Kayla tweeted that she is taking a social media break. Her account is deactivated. There’s a way to do that on the back end and then reactivate it. She’s dealing with a lot, so I hope she gets some rest and is healthy after dealing with Coronavirus.

Kayla works on Smackdown as an interview, she also hosts WWE The Bump on Wednesdays and other shows for the company. Braxton is 27 years old and I believe she lives in the Orlando area. This virus can get anybody. Please be careful.

Another WWE name has Coronavirus because Producer Adam Pearce tweeted that he also found out he has Coronavirus.

Pearce referenced his birthday because he turned 42 years old yesterday. Pearce is married with children. I believe he lives in the Orlando area.

We wish Kayla and Adam the best in dealing with the Coronavirus.

As of now, WWE is still planning on taping Smackdown and Raw on Friday and Saturday.

It was noted by PWInsider’s Mike Johnson that these positive Coronavirus results are likely from WWE asking their talents and employees to get tested again this week after positive Coronavirus cases were found in the company.

It is believed that WWE will be testing everybody for Coronavirus at future TV tapings going forward.

TJR Thoughts: I have been a believer in moving forward with tapings in the past and producing new content because it’s good for the fans, but maybe WWE needs to consider just shutting down for a few weeks. They probably won’t. I’m just saying there comes a time when maybe you re-evaluate things a bit.
