A popular figure in the upper echelons of WWE management has left the company after working there for 25 years.

There have been plenty of changes in a very short space of time in WWE, most notably following Vince McMahon’s return and ascension to the position of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. This has led to plenty of people either leaving or seemingly being forced from their positions, and it seems like the shakeup doesn’t end there.

In a post on social media by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, it would seem Adam Hopkins, WWE’s Vice President of Communications, has left the company after two and a half decades in his role.

Fightful has learned that WWE’s Vice President of Communications, Adam Hopkins, is out of the company after over 25 years. Hopkins worked in a variety of roles, and was a point of contact for a lot of us in the media in preparing for events and setting up interviews.

We don’t have additional details at this moment on his exit.

Wrestlers from within the company have already started to comment on Hopkins leaving his position, including Big E who has called him “a true professional”.

A true professional and a great human. Really going to miss A Hop.

It has certainly not been smooth sailing for Vince McMahon since his return to WWE, and today he has had a second lawsuit filed against him since he came back to power.
