WWE Title-Wearing Armed Robbery Suspect Wanted By Police

WWE Championship

An armed robbery suspect is wanted by police in Texas, and one clue might prove pivotal to their identity – the WWE Title belt they were wearing at the time.

While WWE Champions on television have in the past resorted to all sorts of tactics to remain as such, one person that clearly fancies themselves worthy of a title belt is wanted by police in Temple, Texas on suspicion of armed robbery according to KWTX.

On Wednesday, October 26th at around 9.49 pm local time a suspect described as a black man wearing a blue long-sleeve Nike shirt, WWE championship belt, glasses, and no shoes walked into a store on S. First Street and demanded money while brandishing a gun.

The suspect left with an undisclosed sum of money and thankfully, nobody was reported as injured in the ordeal.

Anyone with any information on the robbery should contact the Temple Police Department at 254-298-5500 or the Bell County Crime Stoppers at 254-526-8477, where callers can report anonymously.

CCTV screengrabs of the suspect in question can be seen below and observant viewers will note that the man is wearing his WWE Championship belt upside down – so he’s either an inept dresser or a big fan of The Miz.
