Tony Khan Non-Committal On New AEW Signing

Tony Khan AEW

The AEW roster continues to grow with another rumoured signing but Tony Khan is remaining coy about the situation.

The AEW roster has swelled in recent months with huge stars such as Will Ospreay, Kazuchika Okada, and Mercedes Mone all joining Tony Khan’s company and it seems one more talent is on their way.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that former NWA Women’s World Champion Kamille has signed with AEW. Kamille has claimed that she has been signed since February 2024 but has so far declined to reveal which company she’s on the books with.

Tony Khan Keeps His Counsel On Kamille

Speaking to Z100, Tony Khan was asked about bringing Kamille into AEW and thinks she’d be an asset to any company but wouldn’t commit to knowing anything about her status:

I think Kamille is a great wrestler. We followed her very closely. She’s worked with a lot of the top AEW talent. As for her status, I can’t comment to that but I think she’s a tremendous talent and she would be an asset to any wrestling company for sure, including AEW.

Tony Khan has also claimed Goldberg wanted to work in AEW despite the WWE Hall of Famer’s recent claims that he wouldn’t be interested in a move as the company was “cheesy.”
