WWE Stars Seem To Confirm Exit
Two WWE stars look to be done with the company.
As originally reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the NXT tag team of Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid are not set to renew their contracts – which expire on October 14th – with WWE.
The tag team was previously responsible for expelling The Creed Brothers from the brand back in July, defeating the former NXT Tag Team Champions in a loser leaves NXT match. While many had expected Fowler and Reid to lose that bout to write them off TV, they stayed put with The Creeds regaining their place on the NXT roster by defeating them in a Steel Cage match on the 29th of August edition of NXT television.
The Dyad’s time in WWE looks over
The team previously known as the Grizzled Young Vets now looks to be done on WWE television with their Schism partners Joe Gacy and Ava noting on the 12th of September edition of NXT that the four roots of their group were now down to two.
Jagger Reid took to social media to share some photos of his time in NXT as part of The Schism and it looks unlikely he or Rip Fowler will return to television before their contracts expire in a few short weeks.

Ava seemingly gave her reaction to the situation as well, simply sending out an emoji of a broken heart as this chapter of their career comes to an end.
