WWE Star Changes Gimmick On Raw

WWE Raw Set

Monday Night Raw saw one WWE Superstar revert to a previous gimmick of there’s as they unexpectedly stole the show.

A huge night of Raw action in Charlotte, North Carolina was headlined by a bout with title implications as Bayley took on Bianca Belair in a Championship Contender’s match with a potential shot for Belair’s Raw Women’s Title on the line.

During the match, the referee sent Bayley’s Damage CTRL comrades IYO SKY and Dakota Kai to the back but both women and the official were taken out with a flying crossbody from Nikki Cross – the star that had been known most recently as Nikki A.S.H.

Cross then involved herself in the match taking out Belair, allowing Bayley to pick up the victory. The Scottish star wasn’t done there, however, as she took out The Role Model afterwards to stand tall.

Nikki Cross had signalled she could be set for a character change after a recent loss to Candice LeRae on Raw when she pulled her almost-a-superhero mask off while looking dejected at the defeat.

The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion is now the latest star to change their name or character with Triple H running the company. Riddle and Ciampa had their first names returned to them while LA Knight has returned, shedding his previous character of Max Dupri.
