WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Kicks Off With Total Bedlam
The first WWE special event of the year is now officially in the history books as the promotion hosted Saturday Night’s Main Event live from the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Multiple huge matches were scheduled for tonight’s show, including the number one contender’s fatal-four-way for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
The night began with the one-on-one match between Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu, whose return to the blue brand during Cody’s match with Drew cost the American Nightmare his title.
Chaos erupts before the opening match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event
Both wrestlers were scheduled for a match tonight, but instead ended up brawling throughout the arena as the security tried to separate the two. Fatu ended up attacking Cody before the match began through the crowd as they made their way backstage.
They headed back into the arena and continued to brawl among the crowd before working together shortly to get rid of the security. However, they would then be greeted by a familiar foe.

Drew McIntyre appeared from nowhere and ended up pushing Fatu through a table, before hitting a low-blow to Cody Rhodes and following that up with a powerbomb through another table as he headed back.
