WWE NXT Great American Bash Kicks Off With Major Botch
WWE hosted a historic episode of NXT Great American Bash tonight as it aired live from the Performance Center. The 14th edition of the Great American Bash became the first one to be aired on the CW Network.
The show also went head-to-head with AEWXNJPW’s Forbidden Door, so WWE needed the show to give it its all, but it wasn’t off to the smooth start that the promotion would’ve wanted.
The event began with some major technical difficulties for several members of the WWE Universe. The viewers were in for a shock as they sat down to watch Great American Bash, but instead saw a feed of this past week’s Friday Night SmackDown.

The show kicked off with a major title challenge as Tony D’Angelo defended his NXT Title against Naraku. A highly entertaining match between the two was interrupted by technical difficulties on multiple occasions.
The feed glitched on several occasions and the screen even cut to black during the first half of the match before things fixed itself and fans saw Tony D’Angelo retain his NXT Championship.
