WWE Makes Embarrassing Botch In Mystery Box Angle
WWE is set to host the Elimination Chamber tomorrow night at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, and the company has lined up an interesting night of action for the WWE Universe.
One of the most talked-about stories heading into the Premium Live Event is around the mystery box that has been seen on both RAW and SmackDown over the last few days.
The box first appeared on Monday Night RAW last week before Adam Pearce sent it to SmackDown. Nick Aldis asked for it to be delivered to RAW once again, where Pearce took a final decision regarding the box.
Mystery Box shows up on WWE SmackDown
Adam Pearce announced this past week on RAW that since the box states that it should be opened on the night of the Elimination Chamber, it was to be on its way to Chicago, where he would open it together with Nick Aldis.
However, the promotion made an embarrassing botch regarding the mystery box as it was present on SmackDown tonight as well, even after Pearce specifically asked it to be taken to Chicago.
The mystery box was seen backstage on multiple occasions, including Jey Uso’s vicious backstage attack, and was also present in the background when R-Truth interacted backstage regarding watching Elimination Chamber on the ESPN app.
