Ludwig Kaiser was arrested last week after he was booked on a misdemeanor battery charge following an incident in April.

According to reports, he attacked his neighbor after the latter asked him and his partner, Andrea Bazarte, to behave properly in public. In his defense, Kaiser stated that he only got physical because the neighbor used derogatory terms for his partner and threatened to call ICE on her.

False Finish recently reported that WWE is not expected to discipline him over the arrest charges, and he has been given clearance to travel domestically and internationally for his employment.

Fightful Select recently provided more updates regarding Ludwig Kaiser‘s situation. The report noted that many sources within WWE believe that the story about Kaiser defending himself and his partner from ICE-related comments was planted within WWE.

According to the report, it was neither Kaiser nor anyone from WWE who informed the media about the narrative, but instead an “unfamiliar number” had reached out to several wrestling media outlets with the story.

The report also noted that people within WWE expect the charges against Kaiser to be dismissed, eventually. And those who spoke to Fightful reiterated that Kaiser does not have any heat within the company.

When speaking to talents about Kaiser’s situation, many said they were in “disbelief” over the defense narrative and believed Kaiser should have removed himself from the situation instead of engaging.

Furthermore, it was revealed that despite the recent charges, WWE did not expect him to miss his upcoming mask vs. mask match against El Grande Americano.

Kaiser recently attended the Serenata Para: El Grande Americano event in Mexico on May 22 at the Kings League Dome in Mexico City, where he was met with overwhelming love and support from his fans.
