WWE Legend Points Out Potential Reason For Ronda Rousey’s AEW Move

Ronda Rousey made a shocking debut at AEW Revolution!

The WWE Universe was left speechless, and so were most of the backstage individuals in WWE. Only a handful knew she’d be on AEW Revolution.

She appeared beside Marine Shafir after Toni Storm defeated her. While she did step inside the ring, there was no violent escalation to Storm and her staredown.

Booker-T weighed in on Ronda Rousey’s AEW debut

On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker-T discussed The Baddest Woman on the Planet’s move to AEW. He claimed that while he is not pleased with what she had to say about WWE, there is no hate for her earning a payday from Tony Khan.

You know what? I can’t hate on her. I’m not pleased about some of the statements that she made, as far as wrestling goes, but people are going to be people. I can’t hate on Ronda Rousey coming back and getting a payday from Tony Khan.

Everybody need money – Ronda Rousey need money! Hopefully, she’ll change her ways and understand that this second time around could be the most precious one.

Rousey’s future in AEW is yet to be revealed. However, there is likely not much she can do in the promotion other than win the top women’s title in the company.
