WWE Legend May Force Cody Rhodes To Reveal His Dark Side

Cody Rhodes’ heel turn continues to be a much-awaited moment.

Currently, The American Nightmare is showing his anger and darkness, but he has not fully tapped into it or turned heel.

On the latest episode of WWE SmackDown, Rhodes qualified for the Elimination Chamber match. So far, Randy Orton, LA Knight, and Rhodes have been confirmed for the match.

Randy Orton can force Cody Rhodes to reveal his dark side

On the Busted Open Podcast, Bully Ray claimed that Cody Rhodes is yet to show his truly angry side of the character. The hatred is yet to surface, and superstars such as Drew McIntyre, or even Randy Orton could be the ones to push him to do that.

I still think Cody hasn’t touched into gotten to his genuine anger yet. I still think Cody is still playing angry, a little bit. I look forward to the day when we’re getting the true anger, the true hatred, the true vitriol out of Cody. He’s on his way there. Maybe this thing against Drew can get him there even more. Maybe he’s, maybe Randy is eventually the guy to get him there.

Drew McIntyre has been desperately trying to stop Cody Rhodes from winning a match that can allow him to challenge The Scottish Warrior. While he cost Rhodes the Royal Rumble men’s match, he could not stop The American Nightmare from qualifying for the Elimination Chamber.
