WWE Confirms New Rivalry For Kelani Jordan On NXT

WWE NXT is planting the seeds for a huge Stand and Deliver Premium Live Event next month, and it seems like a new rivalry is on the cards for former World Champion, Kelani Jordan.

Jordan recently concluded a months-long programme with Lola Vice after being defeated by her in an NXT Underground match at Vengeance Day, and needed a new challenge on the black-and-silver brand.

She took on Thea Hail on tonight’s episode after being involved in a verbal spat with the former WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion in a singles match.

Kelani Jordan unleashed a brutal attack on WWE NXT

Kelani made quick work of her opponent as she remained on the front foot for most of the match. She ended the bout quickly after hitting Hail with a split-legged moonsault for the pin.

However, she didn’t stop there and continued to assault the former champion after the match. She trapped her in a complicated submission move before Jaida Parker came to Thea’s rescue.

She attacked Jordan with a big boot to the chest before hitting her with a strong right hand and following it up with a front suplex drop. Kelani retreated out of the ring before Ms. Parker could do more damage to her, but it seems like both women have their sights on each other now.
