4-Time WWE Champion Officially Moved To RAW After WrestleMania 42

This top star has now taken an officail position on Monday Night Raw’s roster following his title win at WWE WrestleMania 42.

Some top wrestlers have been on WWE TV as part-timers in recent years. One such wrestler is Roman Reigns, who had only sporadically appeared in WWE in the past two years until recently, when he began regularly appearing on Monday Night Raw to build his feud with CM Punk ahead of WrestleMania 42.

Reigns first won the Royal Rumble match in January to secure his shot at the top prize and went on to WrestleMania to claim the gold and become the new World Heavyweight Champion

Reigns, who is a four-time WWE World Champion and has a record 1316-day title reign as the WWE Universal Champion, Won gold at WrestleMania and announced that he was back as a full-time wrestler.

He is currently locked in a heated feud with his younger cousin Jacob Fatu, and the two are set to square off at Backlash for the World Heavyweight Championship in what will be Reigns’ first title defense.

As a part-timer, Reigns had the liberty to appear on both the Raw and SmackDown brands as a free agent. However, now that he holds the belt that is part of the flagship show, Reigns has officially been moved to Raw’s roster.

Roman Reigns Officially On WWE Raw Roster

WrestleTalk shared the news on X that Roman Reigns is now officially part of the company’s flagship. He made his fourth consecutive appearance on Raw when he showed up to face Jacob Fatu to further their feud on the latest episode.

The OTC and the Samoan Werewolf are set to face each other at Backlash after Jacob Fatu’s insistence on going after Reigns’ World Title to upgrade his life for the sake of his family.

The feud is also seeing members of the bloodline, such as The Usos, getting involved in the story and taking Reigns’ side. The latest episode of Raw opened with a video package of Reigns discussing going up against Fatu with his cousins, the Usos, flanking him on either side.

The two had a verbal confrontation in the ring towards the end of the episode that ended with Fatu attacking Reigns and gaining the upper hand.

Backlash takes place on May 9th at the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida.
