Finn Balor was assaulted and removed from The Judgment Day on WWE RAW.
After Dominik Mysterio lost the Intercontinental Championship title to Dominik Mysterio, The Prince told him off on Monday Night RAW.
However, Balor’s belief that the remaining members would stand with him as he took down Mysterio was significantly miscalculated.
Dominik Mysterio reveals why Finn Balor was removed from The Judgment Day
While speaking on The Collection with Brad Gilmore, the former Intercontinental Champion revealed that removing Balor from the faction was the right move. The Prince and the remaining members weren’t able to act as a cohesive unit, and the members took a chapter right out of Finn Balor’s playbook.
It has been a good run for my old pal Finn Balor. It was, uh, it had to be done. Um, there were a lot of differences going on. We weren’t being a cohesive unit, and he just, at the end of the day, we played the Finn Balor playbook, and that’s what happened. He should have seen it coming. Um, but I’m just happy that at the end of the day it was my boy JD MCDonagh that pulled the trigger, you know. Um, because I know JD and Finn have their, you know, history, but I’m so happy for JD for finally being able to leave Finn’s shadow.
