Updated List Of Royal Rumble Match Participants Including Braun Strowman

There are more names that have been added to the WWE Royal Rumble matches for the men and women including former Universal Champion Braun Strowman.

During last night’s January 20th edition of Smackdown, wrestlers like Braun Strowman, Raquel Rodriguez and Shayna Baszler did promos about how they are going win the Royal Rumble. Zelina was on commentary on Smackdown as she declared that she will be in the Women’s Royal Rumble match as well.

While Strowman has never won the Royal Rumble that takes place in January, he did win the Greatest Royal Rumble match with 50 participants in 2018.

This past Monday on Raw, Cody Rhodes confirmed his WWE in-ring return by announcing that he’ll be in the Royal Rumble match. Cody is one of the favorites to win.

From the list that appears on WWE.com, here are the confirmed names in the Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble matches.

Seth “Freakin” Rollins
Austin Theory
Gunther
Drew McIntyre

Braun Strowman

Santos Escobar
Rey Mysterio

Brock Lesnar is not listed there, but WWE has advertised him for the Royal Rumble on the poster for the show, so it’s likely that he will be in it. Lesnar won the Men’s Royal Rumble in 2022 and 2003.

Karrion Kross did a promo on Smackdown that made it seem like he’ll be in the Royal Rumble. However, his name is not on the WWE list above.

That’s only six names for 30 spots, so WWE will likely announce many more women over the next week.
