Truth Revealed Over Paige’s Status For WWE Royal Rumble

Could a WWE comeback really be on the cards for Paige at the Royal Rumble?

The Royal Rumble is always a night of twists, turns, and surprises, which makes it one of the most hotly anticipated shows on the WWE calendar.

In addition to the two Rumble matches, the 2026 event taking place in Saudi Arabia will also see Drew McIntyre defend the WWE Championship against Sami Zayn, and possibly the final match in AJ Styles’ ten-year WWE career as he puts it all on the line against Gunther.

Triple H has promised lots of surprises for the Rumble. Although one possible surprise has already been revealed, as Brock Lesnar declared his entry into the Rumble match for the first time since 2023.

Paige Returning To WWE?

Ever since she left AEW, there has been plenty of talk about the future of Saraya – best known as Paige in WWE. The Rumble is seen as the perfect opportunity to bring former stars back, so there has been plenty of talk over whether or not the English star will return at the show.

And it seems she’s available.

Fightful Select has reported that Paige had previously been booked for a convention over Rumble weekend, but that the event was moved back a week. It was not the case that Paige cancelled her appearance at the convention for the Royal Rumble, but it opened the possibility of an appearance on the WWE show. Paige was still noted as being in the United States as of January 28th.
