Triple H Accused Of Destroying Popular WWE Star

Triple H is facing a shocking accusation regarding a popular WWE Superstar.

After nearly six years of absence, Matt Cardona officially returned to the Stamford-based company earlier this month. He has since beaten Kit Wilson and lost to Trick Williams on SmackDown.

Speaking on his The Stevie Richards Show, the former Hardcore Champion disclosed that he feels sympathy for the ex-Intercontinental Champion, claiming that Triple H and his creative team have destroyed Cardona’s momentum within weeks of his comeback.

The dude cares too much about what he does, cares too much about the business, and I’m sure he just wanted to be with his wife on the road or in the same company as his wife, which is very admirable. But man, they destroyed any kind of momentum this guy had within weeks. And I feel bad for him. [9:39 onwards]

Stevie Richards Thinks WWE Is Testing Matt Cardona

On the same episode of The Stevie Richards Show, the former WWE star made another surprising claim about Matt Cardona’s current status in the Stamford-based company.

The former Hardcore Champion suggested WWE was testing Matt Cardona since his return.

I feel for the guy because you know what? this is the ‘you gotta eat cr*p, pal, for six months. We’re testing you to see how your attitude is.’ So, when he came back, he came back as Zack Ryder and he did the, ‘I’m back.’ And then he got beat and he was gone. Then he won a match with Matt Cardona and you’re thinking, ‘Okay, well, Zack Ryder lost but Matt Cardona is a winner.’

Well, now versus Trick Williams, with no story, no build, no nothing, he just does a clean job. So what’s coming next WWE? Zack Cardona? Are we gonna have Matt Ryder? Or is it just gonna be, ‘Well, we beat those personalities, but that’s the most over.’ I feel for the dude because he is the template and the case for every worker. And maybe that’s why they’re doing it.
