Trick Williams Capitalizes After WWE Star’s Shocking SmackDown Appearance

The WWE Universe was dealt with multiple surprises during tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown as the Road to WrestleMania heats up with only a little over a month remaining before the Show of Shows.

Drew McIntyre opened tonight’s episode and made a shocking claim in front of the WWE Universe. After getting into a heated discussion with both Jacob Fatu and Nick Aldis, he announced that he’s quitting the promotion.

He doubled down on his decision while heading to the back, and in the aftermath of this entire altercation, Aldis announced a match between Jacob Fatu and Trick Williams, who interrupted Fatu and the SmackDown GM.

Drew McIntyre returns to WWE SmackDown after quitting

Fatu and Trick wrestled a highly entertaining match, and it seemed difficult to pick out a winner between them. They both pushed each other to their limit, but nothing separated them.

It was then time for another swerve from the Scottish Warrior, as Drew McIntyre came out to the ring from the crowd and attacked Jacob Fatu. He took him out with a Claymore kick before shoving him face-first into the ring post.

The referee was tending to Trick Williams while Drew assaulted Fatu before he sent him back into the ring. Trick then hit an already weakened Jacob with back-to-back Trick Shots and picked up the win.
