Top Female WWE Star Is The “Real Diva K*ller,” Not Becky Lynch
This star has corrected Becky Lynch’s latest statement about being the “Diva k*ller”.
Becky Lynch is locked in an intense feud with AJ Lee heading into WrestleMania 42.
The two have been feuding since Lee returned to WWE last year, and Lynch has tapped out to Lee’s Black Widow submission on two occasions, losing clean on both.
The latest submission cost her the Women’s Intercontinental Title. AJ Lee attempted to move on and began challenging other female stars to become a fighting champion, but couldn’t seem to get Lynch off her back as The Man ambushed Lee following her successful Title defence against Bayley on Raw last week.
This week, Lynch cut a promo in the middle of the ring where she said that AJ Lee may have mastered the Divas Era, but it was Lynch who ended it.
However, another top WWE star has refuted Becky’s claim.
WWE Star Charlotte Flair Claims She Was The Real Diva K*ller And Not Becky Lynch
Flair, who was the last star to hold the Divas Championship and the first one to win the inaugural rebranded WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 32, is the more historically accurate so-called “Diva K*ller”.
At a time when WWE still used to refer to its female stars as Divas rather than wrestlers equal to their male counterparts, Charlotte Flair was one of the women, along with Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks, to come into the main roster and bring credibility to the women’s division, which WWE was criticized for underutilising.
Flair spoke about this on the Complex Graps Podcast, pointing to the Diva’s Championship belt she still has as a memento and calling herself the real “Diva K*ller”.
Flair also pointed out that the title originally belongs to Nikki Bella.
The real Diva Killer. I am so proud of that title. This was actually Nikki’s. That is the OG one.
