Tommy Dreamer On Upcoming Match – “If I Lose I’m Done”

Tommy Dreamer looks sad

Tommy Dreamer claims he’ll hang up his boots for good if he loses an upcoming bout.

Tommy Dreamer has spent more than 30 years in the world of professional wrestling, and according to the legend himself, his time inside the squared circle could be coming to a close.

Writing on his official Facebook page, Dreamer posted the following about his upcoming match with Kenny King:

“This Friday in the building I saw my 1st ever live pro wrestling show White Plains NY Westchester County Center for my 10th bday

I put my career on the line vs Kenny King

If I lose im done

I will fulfill all my commitments till the end of the year. It will be a quick retirement tour.

I dont want to screw over the promoters or fans that got tickets already to the events all over the US

I havent taken any 2024 bookings.

If I win, well the Dream continues & all the matches I have will be for the Impact wrestling Digital Media Championship

Ive had a blessed career

Im very grateful & thankful to everyone who has been around for this EXTREME journey”

Tommy Dreamer Will Face Kenny King At IMPACT Victory Road

Tommy Dreamer is set to face current IMPACT Digital Media Champion Kenny King at Victory Road on September 8th. King has reigned as champion since defeating Joe Hendry in October of 2022.

On the August 31st episode of IMPACT Wrestling, Dreamer declared that not only would the Digital Championship be on the line, but he would retire if he failed to capture the championship.

Back in June, Tommy Dreamer revealed that he was recovering well after a bout with skin cancer.
