Tiffany Stratton’s Huge WrestleMania Plans Scrapped Following WWE Star’s Injury
Tiffany Stratton returned to WWE during the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match after a brief injury hiatus.
Stratton entered the match as the #30 participant, being one step closer to securing herself a title match at WrestleMania 42. However, she became the last wrestler to be eliminated, with Liv Morgan taking home the honors.
Since then, the former Women’s Champion has been looking for a way back into the title picture, hopefully fighting Jade Cargill, who took the belt from her in November 2025.
While Tiffany has been featured in singles matches, they have not been consequential, and she seems to be involved in a feud with Chelsea Green, who makes appearances on SmackDown despite being injured.
Recently, Jonathan Coachman and Vince Russo discussed the 26-year-old’s position in the company, stating that she is being punished for something she said on a recent podcast about not being included in the title picture.
Tiffany Stratton Might Miss Out On WrestleMania Due To Wrestler’s Injury
Turns out, WWE might have contemplated bringing Tiffany Stratton back into the championship scene, but as a midcarder for the time being.
A report during a recent Self Made Sessions podcast revealed that Stratton could have challenged for the Women’s United States Championship, currently held by Giulia, along with Jordynne Grace.
However, Grace’s legitimate injury last week ahead of SmackDown may have dashed her hopes.
I did hear from somebody that there was a plan to do Giulia vs. Jordynne Grace vs. Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania for the United States Championship. It’s not going to happen anyway because Jordynne Grace has hurt her ankle. [H/T: Ringside News]
