Tiffany Stratton’s injury break helped her heal mentally and physically.

Tiffany Stratton returned to WWE at the Royal Rumble on January 31st. The star was out of action followinga knee injury she suffered during a WWE Women’s Title bout at Saturday Night’s Main Event in November 2025 against Jade Cargill that Cargill won.

Stratton was out of action for three months, nursing the injury. Her title reign that Cargill ended had lasted 302 days, which took a toll on her physically and mentally.

In a recent appearance on Unlikely with Adiran Hernandez, Tiffany Stratton opened up about the injury layoff and how it was a “blessing in disguise” for her.

Tiffany Stratton Says Injury Break Helped Her Heal Completely

In the interview, Stratton said that her hectic schedule of 302 days as champion demanded a lot out of her. She would have to be ready to make appearances on the drop of a hat and show up weekly on SmackDown during the run.

She confessed that the injury actually ended up being a blessing in disguise as she got time to heal other little injuries that she had suffered, explaining that it’s not uncommon in wrestling to have little injuries here and there, but the hectic schedules never allow any healing time.

Oh, yeah. It was so good for my mental and my physical. Obviously being a pro wrestler, you have so many just like little injuries here and there. So, I got to heal all of those.

And coming off of such a long title reign, I was the champion for, I believe, 302 days. That’s a long time. That’s almost a full year of just go, go, go, go, go. Whenever they expect you, you have to be there. Media appearances, wrestling. It was a lot the past couple of years or the past two years I’ve been on the main roster and just go, go, go. I didn’t have one Friday off. I was on TV every single week.

Tiffany Stratton reveals that she slowed down and relaxed in the house she had recently bought, living with her best friend and four dogs.

So to just kind of slow down and, you know, I had just bought a house so I got to kind of be in my house, be in my own space. I just bought a dog so I was spending a lot of time with my dog. I live with my best friend. We have four dogs together. So it was just so amazing for my mentality and also my physical as well.
