The Rock Declares He’s The Head Of The Table Over Roman Reigns

The Rock

Fans are being blatantly teased.

Currently on a promotional tour to promote his new “Black Adam” movie, The Rock has been making appearances and giving interviews, and during one of them, he was asked about a possible WrestleMania match with the “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns.

Ever since Reigns has earned that tag, as well as the “Head of the Table” of WWE, a battle between the two has been teased.

Appearing on “The Rundown” for an E! News interview, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was questioned about his opinion on who the Head of the Table is.

“Who is head of the table? Without saying any names, you’re looking into his eyes right now.”

When asked if he had interest in giving any confirmation to a potential The Rock-Roman Reigns match at WrestleMania, The Rock chucked and stated:

“I am not confirming that at all. No. No, I am not. I know I’m going to get a text from him after he watches this.”

Lastly, The Rock was questioned about possibly being the WWE Champion again.

“I love the idea of a WrestleMania. I’m close to a lot of people there, but I’m very close to one in particular, who we’ve talked about this. There are so many variables that come into play. I’m a fan because I’m a promoter at heart. I’m a fan of promoting an event and what could that be. I love WrestleMania and I love that word.”

The Rock may have acknowledged Roman Reigns, but he also left teases for the fans, which has added further speculation that the two will clash at WrestleMania 39, which happens in The Rock’s epicenter of Hollywood in Los Angeles. The WWE Premium Live Event will be a two-day event on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2 in 2023.

Roman Reigns’ next scheduled bout is at WWE Crown Jewel on Saturday, November 5. There, the Tribal Chief will be squaring off against Logan Paul for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

The Rock’s “Black Adam” releases October 21 in theaters.
