Breaking: Stephanie McMahon Kicks Off WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event With Unfortunate Announcement

Stephanie McMahon has broken some unfortunate news as she kicked off WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

After hosting Saturday Night’s Main Event alongside Joe Tessitore last December, The Billion Dollar Princess returned to play the same role at tonight’s show.

Nevertheless, McMahon surprisingly kicked off the show alone without her hosting partner. She then explained that Tessitore was absent from Saturday Night’s Main Event as he was stuck in an airport in Detroit, Michigan.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Stephanie McMahon, and I’m incredibly proud to be your host here tonight. My partner, Joe Tessitore is unfortunately stuck at an airport in Detroit, Michigan, where the United States is facing some of the worst weather it has in days.

Is Stephanie McMahon Officially Back In WWE?

The Billion Dollar Princess spent almost three decades in the Stamford-based company, during which she held several executive positions, in addition to being an on-screen talent.

Nevertheless, Stephanie McMahon resigned from her position as Chairwoman and Co-CEO in January 2023 following her father’s return to the company.

Although she has since made several WWE appearances and worked on multiple projects with the company, she has been clear that she has not officially returned as an employee.
