Sheamus Undergoes Shocking Appearance Change During WWE Hiatus
Sheamus is currently out of action after undergoing shoulder surgery in late December 2025.
There is no official timeline yet for his return, though the WWE Universe is hopeful he will be back in the ring sometime in 2026.
During his hiatus, he made a major change to his look by suddenly shaving off his full beard, which shocked his wife, Isabella Revilla, so much that she shared the moment on social media. However, his freshly shaved face has not been clearly shown yet, keeping fans curious about exactly how different his new look is.
Isabella wrote in her latest Instagram post:

WWE Star Details Slapping Sheamus
In a recent interview with Insight’s Chris Van Vliet, WWE interviewer Jackie Redmond recalled a funny but awkward backstage moment with Sheamus. She said she was filming a promo segment with The Celtic Warrior, but he wasn’t feeling the energy or the promo lines.
After a few takes, Sheamus told her to actually slap him to snap him into character. At first, Redmond refused, feeling nervous about hitting a fellow WWE star, but after Sheamus kept insisting, she finally gave him a hard slap.
“One time I was doing a backstage (interview) with Sheamus and he wasn’t feeling it. We had done a couple and he wasn’t happy with them, and he was like, ‘Jackie, slap me.’
I actually got really nervous, I was like, ‘No I can’t actually slap Sheamus, like I can’t do this.’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, slap me.’ I slapped him. It was a b*tcha** slap, it wasn’t a good slap, I got scared.”
