Rob Van Dam And Ric Flair Exchange Words On Social Media

Rob Van Dam and Ric Flair aren’t seeing eye to eye these days with RVD suggesting to a fan: “Tell (Flair) meet me outside.”

The issues between RVD and Flair stem from the Dark Side of the Ring episode about WWE’s “Plane Ride from Hell” in May 2002. During that episode, a woman flight attendant claimed that Flair sexually harassed her after Ric walked around the plane naked with only a robe on.

During the episode, RVD talked about Flair’s strange behaviour with the robe on top of his naked body and saying he wasn’t sure what happened.

Flair went on Twitter to reference what RVD said on the show:

“A Man Tried To Destroy My Reputation Based On An Assumption. I Don’t Even Know What To Say Right Now.”

RVD went on Twitter to clarify comments he made on Dark Side of the Ring:

“Just watched DSOTR. Heavy. Some insight for those who can handle it- 1) I haven’t seen Ric Flair’s d*ck. My comment about fans shouldn’t see him doing the helicopter was a response to DSOTR telling me that’s what they were told. They shouldn’t. I don’t want to see it either.”

RVD added this as well.

When a fan responded to RVD wondering if RVD would ever stand up to Flair and confront him, RVD responded that he would love to meet him outside, suggesting a fight. Then again, RVD could just be joking:

When RVD was asked by another fan who the safest guy to work with in pro wrestling was, RVD responded with…Ric Flair.

As for Flair, he has denied allegations that were made against him. It’s not really known where things stand with RVD and Flair now.

Flair is a two-time WWE Hall of Famer after joining the Hall on his own in 2008 and then later as part of the Four Horsemen.

Rob Van Dam is a former WWE and ECW Champion that was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year with no fans in attendance.
