Rhea Ripley Has Humorous Reply To Fan Sign On AEW Collision

Rhea Ripley had a funny reaction to a fan sign at an AEW show that was in reference to her boyfriend.

As the current WWE Women’s World Champion (the title that has replaced the Smackdown Women’s Title), Raw superstar Rhea Ripley is one of the biggest stars in the company. Ripley’s group The Judgment Day with Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio is one of the biggest parts of Raw.

Since Dominik joined The Judgment Day in September 2022, WWE has been pushing the story that he is “with” Ripley meaning they are boyfriend-girlriend, but it’s all just a storyline.

In reality, Dominik has been in a long-term relationship for many years, and on January 2nd, he became engaged to his fiancee as he posted on Instagram.

When it comes to the Australian powerhouse Rhea Ripley, she has been dating former superstar/current AEW wrestler Buddy Matthews (who is also Australian) for a few years now, which her Instagram followers know. The interesting thing about that is that Buddy was the storyline boyfriend of Dominik’s sister Aaliyah a few years ago.

On the debut episode of AEW Collision on Saturday night, Buddy Murphy lost a match to a returning Andrade El Idolo. Toward the end of the match, Buddy used the standing submission move that Ripley uses with her arms in between the legs of the opponent going for a submission and Andrade did his wife Charlotte Flair’s Figure Eight submission move to win the match.

There was also a fan sign at AEW Collision that said: “Hey Buddy, Aint It Funny How Dommy Stole Ur Momy.”

Rhea Ripley saw the sign on Twitter and had a funny reply to it by correcting the spelling error at the end.

I find it funnier that this guy obviously watches the product but still doesn’t know how to spell ✨MAMI ✨

While Rhea Ripley isn’t currently advertised for a match at Money in the Bank, she will be in action on the June 19th edition of Raw when she faces her Night of Champions opponent, Natalya.
