A major Monday Night RAW star has officially returned to SmackDown.

Sami Zayn spent multiple years on SmackDown before moving to Monday Night RAW. However, he recently entered a feud with Solo Sikoa and his MFTs.

After beating the United States Champion last Friday on SmackDown, Sikoa’s faction cost Zayn his match against Rusev last Monday on RAW.

On tonight’s episode of the blue brand, the former Intercontinental Champion confronted Sikoa in the opening segment. He thanked his former Bloodline teammate for making him realize he was so locked in on wanting to win the World Heavyweight Championship that he could not achieve anything else in his career.

Zayn then pointed out that the World Heavyweight Title was not the only championship he had not held in the Stamford-based company. He told Sikoa that he now wants the United States Championship.

While Sikoa rebuffed Zayn, the latter informed him that he had officially moved from RAW to SmackDown and was coming for his title.

Jacob Fatu And Jimmy Uso Rescue Sami Zayn On WWE SmackDown

Solo Sikoa was not pleased with Sami Zayn‘s announcement and tried to take a shot at the former Intercontinental Champion. However, the latter blocked the attack and launched one of his own on the leader of the MFTs.

When Sikoa’s associates came to his rescue, Jimmy Uso rushed to the ring to help Zayn. Jacob Fatu also joined Uso and the newest member of the WWE SmackDown roster as they cleared the ring of Sikoa and his MFTs.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis then interfered to announce a six-man tag team match between Zayn, Uso, and Fatu against Solo Sikoa’s MFTs for the main event.
