Raquel Rodriguez Discloses Relationship With Liv Morgan After WWE Betrayal

Raquel Rodriguez appears to be at a crossroads in her wrestling career.

The 35-year-old star is an active member of The Judgment Day faction, alongside Liv Morgan, Roxanne Perez, Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh.

Of late, she has received multiple title opportunities against Stephanie Vaquer for the WWE Women’s World Championship. Unfortunately, she has not been able to capitalize on them and bring the title into the faction.

Rodriguez was also part of the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match, where she was one of the final four women before she was eliminated by Morgan.

That betrayal must have left a sour taste in Raquel Rodriguez’s mouth, although she has claimed otherwise on multiple occasions.

Regardless, in multiple in-ring and backstage segments with Liv Morgan, she has appeared confrontational, especially before matches involving the major women’s title.

Elsewhere, Liv Morgan is headed to WrestleMania 42, where she will face the women’s champion of her choosing.

Raquel Rodriguez Reveals Her Status With Liv Morgan

On the WWE Raw taping following the Royal Rumble, Raquel Rodriguez confronted Liv Morgan for eliminating her.

In her defense, the 33-year-old former women’s champion claimed that Rodriguez had rightfully won her title opportunities in the past, and it was now her time to reclaim gold. Besides, the Royal Rumble was an elimination match, so every wrestler played for themselves.

While appearing on TMZ’s Inside The Ring podcast, Rodriguez revealed her current status with Liv Morgan when she was asked if she was past the prevailing tensions between them.

I mean, yes. Yes, we’re past that. You know, it is every woman for themselves in the Royal Rumble. She saw an opportunity, and she took it, and to be fair, she has the most experience out of all of us that are in the Royal Rumble. She’s been in almost every single one, right? And I believe this was only my third one.

So, you know, I got very excited. Maybe I got a little overzealous about Tejana Bombing Rhea out of the Royal Rumble. That was so much fun. And she did step on my thunder a little bit when she eliminated me. I think that’s where the initial shock came from…but overall, you know, I’ve kind of pushed past that, moving on. [16:16 onwards]

On next week’s Raw episode, Raquel Rodriguez will compete in a 3-way match against Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane, with the winner securing a place in the women’s Elimination Chamber.
