Randy Orton Takes Out Exciting WWE Star To Kick Off SmackDown

Tonight’s edition of WWE SmackDown is a very important one on the Road to WrestleMania, as it will decide how one of the biggest matches on the Show of Shows shapes up.

After he cost Cody Rhodes once again during the Elimination Chamber match, Drew McIntyre was punished for interfering in Cody’s matches once again. At the post-show conference, Nick Aldis announced that Drew McIntyre will defend his belt against Cody Rhodes tonight.

The winner of the WWE Men’s Elimination Chamber match, Randy Orton, kicked off tonight’s show, and he showered praise on the current roster before reiterating his intentions of winning his 15th World Title at WrestleMania 42.

The WWE Universe was completely behind The Viper during the entire segment. Still, just before he was about to wrap it up, he was interrupted by Trick Williams, who had been butting heads with Orton ever since his main roster call-up.

Trick took an issue with Orton, claiming that he’s not 6’5″, and he was making his point to The Viper, but before he could conclude, Orton struck him with a surprise RKO and left him reeling in the middle of the ring.
