Paul Heyman Already Urging WWE To Book “Saudi Mania”

Paul Heyman WWE

Paul Heyman is a visionary, and he has been in the business long enough to know how to boost the product.

For WrestleMania 42, WWE is returning to Las Vegas. WrestleMania 41 was a glorious success, but the Stamford-based promotion is finding it difficult to mimic the revenue of WrestleMania 41.

Now, Paul Heyman believes that ‘Saudi Mania’ needs to be booked at the earliest. He believes booking ‘Saudi Mania’ before ‘Vegas Mania’ will boost sales for WrestleMania 43. It can be a launching pad!

He explained his vision on Busted Open Radio.

I don’t really have an answer for that, because I’m usually the one — and I’ll say this publicly — who has been, for the past eight months, jumping up and down with my hands flailing in the air saying, ‘What are we going to do with Saudi Mania?

Everybody’s very concerned about what we’re going to do at Vegas Mania. I tell you what — let’s book Saudi Mania. It’s going to make booking Vegas Mania much easier. Not that Vegas Mania is the launching pad to Saudi Mania — but Vegas Mania is the launching pad to Saudi Mania, which is the launching pad to Mania 2028, which is the launching pad to Mania 2029.

Paul Heyman explains what brings the masses to the product

In the same podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer revealed that WWE needs to think bigger every year. That is the way it should progress. Hence, having a concept for next year can help with building the module for the current year.

It progresses. It’s bigger tomorrow than it is today, and bigger two days from now than it is tomorrow. Next year’s WrestleMania, by definition, has to be bigger than this year’s WrestleMania. And WrestleMania two years from now has to top whatever we do next year. If we just have a concept of what we’re doing next year — oh my God — I can tell you what to do this year, because it leads to next year.
