Paul Heyman To Roman Reigns’ WWE Destroyer: “I Acknowledge You”

Paul Heyman recently acknowledged a tribe’s leader who was not Roman Reigns.

Throughout his multiple appearances in 2025, Reigns was involved in a feud with The Vision’s Bronson Reed.

The four bouts they fought in against each other, two each, were singles matches and team battles.

During their feud, Reed often got the better of Reigns, the segments ending with the Auszilla stealing an accessory that belonged to the Original Tribal Chief. On two occasions, he stole Reigns’ shoes, earning the moniker “Original Tribal Thief.”

Roman Reigns teamed up with Jey Uso at SummerSlam to take on Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, which the babyfaces won.

The duo then traded wins at Clash in Paris and Crown Jewel, with their final face-off coming at the WarGames match at Survivor Series. The match ended with Breakker pinning CM Punk.

Recently, Reed shared a social media post wearing a t-shirt resembling Reigns’, the wording on it, however, reads “Original Tribal Thief.”

Paul Heyman, who betrayed Reigns at WrestleMania 41, acknowledged the 37-year-old via an Instagram story, referring to him as ‘My Tribal Thief.’

WWE’s Next Roman Reigns Revealed

At 40 years old, Roman Reigns is closer to his retirement than away from it.

Since signing with WWE in 2010, he has remained a loyalist, winning multiple world championships to craft a legacy of his own.

He has also previously spoken about his Hollywood aspirations, having already starred in a handful of projects. That is likely where he will be headed after retiring from professional wrestling.

That leaves the company with some big shoes to fill.

According to a report by Bodyslam, the Stamford promotion has already assigned that role to Bron Breakker.

Reportedly, WWE higher-ups have claimed that the 28-year-old will become a long-term face of the company, with one source claiming that his future is as big as Roman Reigns’.

Breakker recently unsuccessfully challenged CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship during the January 5, 2026, episode of Raw.
