WWE President Nick Khan is confident that a major WWE star is going to be very successful in the future.

Speaking to Bill Simmons in a recent interview, Khan made some very positive remarks about Bron Breakker, who has quickly climbed the ladder in WWE since making his main roster debut in 2024.

Khan stated that he has been very impressed with Breakker’s progress and considers him “an excellent athlete.” He added that Breakker is a star who should be allowed to grow at his own pace because he’s destined for greatness, and greatness cannot be rushed.

“I’m high on Bron. We cannot rush it, though. Gotta sort of let him develop at his own pace. He’s an excellent athlete who obviously grew up in the wrestling business, but let it develop at its own pace, which we’re all on the same page about.” [H/T WrestlePurists]

Bron Breakker was originally scheduled to compete against Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 42. However, a few months before the event, in February 2026, he sustained an injury, forcing him to go on a brief hiatus.

He made a surprise return at WrestleMania 42, where he interfered in the match between Seth Rollins and Gunther, costing Rollins the victory. Breakker also attacked The Visionary after the match.

Following this, on the April 27 episode of Monday Night Raw, Rollins officially challenged Breakker to a match at the upcoming WWE Backlash event on May 9.

Bron Breakker And Seth Rollins’ Feud Might Continue Till WWE SummerSlam, Says Veteran

Veteran Tommy Carlucci has predicted that Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker’s feud will not end at Backlash and will likely continue beyond the event, potentially all the way to SummerSlam.

At Backlash, I could see Bron going over and winning, beating him, going to the next pay-per-view, Seth winning, and bringing it to SummerSlam for a Hell in a Cell or a Street Fight or something like that. This feud has legs.

I don’t think it’s going to be one and done because there’s not a lot of things going on in the WWE that we’re interested in two weeks in a row. This was a ho-hum show. You just had WrestleMania, and we’re not getting anything. The only thing we’re getting now is Seth and Bron. It has legs.

Bron is getting better every week. I would continue to do this every week with these guys. We know they’re going to go at it at Backlash. Michael Cole mentioned it later on in the show. But I don’t think this is a one-and-done match for these two, and I’d like to see it move on (until SummerSlam).

I’m serious. I’d like to see this thing go all the way to SummerSlam for a final match to find out what’s going to happen between these two superstars.
