Nia Jax Tips WWE Star To Become World Champion For Long Time
Nia Jax has heaped praise on this WWE star in a recent podcast.
Nia Jax is currently one-half of the Women’s World Tag Team Champions, The Irresistible Forces, along with Lash Legend.
Legend, who was upgraded to the main roster from NXT, was immediately paired with Jax, and the two have been a dominant tag team since their debut in the division.
The entire women’s tag division is currently hot on their trails, with everyone wanting a piece of the pie. This past Monday on Raw, Jax and Legend defended their titles against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria, only for the bout to end in a no-contest when all hell broke loose after Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss (Charlexa), and The Bella Twins interfered and began an all-out brawl.
The four teams that were in the ring during this segment will face each other in a fatal four-way bout at WrestleMania 42 for Jax and Legend’s titles.
Nia Jax Says Lash Legend Can Be WWE Women’s Champion For A Long Time
Tag teams eventually break up when wrestlers go on to have a singles run at some point in their careers.
Nia Jax has the opinion that if and when her partner Lash Legend goes on a singles run, she could become WWE Champion and have a long reign, too.
Speaking on Raw Recap, Jax praised Legend for getting better every week on the main roster, and although she hopes that their team never breaks up, she still thinks that a long WWE Title reign for her tag partner is imminent.
I had no doubt when she came up that she would just blend right in. She was already ready to get in here and dominate, but Lash, she’s a student of the game. She’s willing to listen, she’s willing to learn. She is very confident in who she is, but she also is always open to suggestions, so it’s really the easiest and smoothest transition for her to come up and work with us. I’m having fun watching her continuously every week get better and better.
I hope we never break up, but one day when she has her own singles run, I have no doubt that she’s gonna be a Women’s Champion for a very long time
