Likely Sign WWE Legend Brock Lesnar Will Retire In 2026
A former WWE personality thinks Brock Lesnar is likely to retire in 2026 if one major thing happens.
WWE has already witnessed the retirements of John Cena and AJ Styles in the recent past, and speculation has surfaced that Lesnar might hang up his boots this year, with SummerSlam in Minneapolis believed to be his final event.
The Beast Incarnate is undoubtedly one of the most intimidating superstars in WWE history. He has multiple titles and accolades to his name, but none of them will top being known as the man to end The Undertaker’s legendary WrestleMania streak.
Speaking of The Show of Shows, Lesnar faces a daunting challenge at Allegiant Stadium, Paradise, Nevada. He will clash horns with Oba Femi, who has shown that he is not afraid of Brock Lesnar.
On the Story Time With Dutch Mantell podcast, the WWE veteran stated that if Oba Femi defeats Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42, it will all but confirm that The Beast Incarnate will retire in 2026.
“If (Oba Femi) beats him, yeah, I would say that that is a key that Brock is going to finish up before the year is out,” Mantell said.
Pitch made for Brock Lesnar’s final WWE opponent
While speaking on a recent edition of Insight, backstage WWE personality Sam Roberts put forward the idea of Gunther retiring Brock Lesnar. For those unaware, The Ring General was the final opponent for both John Cena and AJ Styles, leading to him donning the Career K*ller moniker.
Here’s my thing about Gunther. He could. I mean, I think it’d be great. Again, I think there’s more to Gunther than what’s cut and dry. I think he could retire Brock Lesnar. But I think the idea should be that Gunther has the ability to retire people. But number one, he doesn’t retire everybody.
And number two, he does more than just retire people, you know, because I think if you go, okay, everybody’s retirement match is against Gunther, it becomes ok, we know what happens here. We’re doing the same thing over and over again. I think that for me, it’s almost like, if he is the guy to retire Brock Lesnar, which he could be, and it would be great,” Roberts said
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Brock Lesnar following WWE WrestleMania 42.
