“This Is No Longer A Joke,” “Criminal” – Legal Action Threatened Against WWE Star
This WWE star has had enough of what’s been happening to him at the hands of his colleague and is now ready to take legal action against him.
The Miz has been tormented by WWE star Danhausen ever since the Very Nice Very Evil star made his first appearance on Raw after being revealed as the man in the mystery crate at Elimination Chamber in February.
After not getting a great initial reception upon his reveal, Danhausen quickly turned the tables and became a fan favourite. His hilarious segments have been going viral, and WWE fans desperately keep waiting for more.
His infamous curse brings bad luck, and one of the first people Danhausen cursed was WWE star The Miz.
Miz has been part of multiple amusing segments with Danhausen, where he has been the butt of the joke, and the Very Nice Very Evil star always manages to get the better of him.
Most recently on SmackDown, he hit a curse during their match, which led to a pyrotechnics malfunction that blinded the Miz. Danhausen then pinned Miz to pick up the victory.
This is the second time Danhausen has caused a pyro malfunction after first doing it with Kit Wilson during their singles bout on SmackDown a couple of weeks ago.
WWE Star The Miz Threatens Legal Action Against Danhausen
In a pre-recorded video segment that aired on SmackDown, Danhausen entered the Miz’s home and tormented him by swimming in his pool, using his mini-golf course, and just being a complete menace, even accidentally landing Miz with a low blow using the golf club.
The goofy segment ended with Miz trying to throw chocolate powder on Danhausen’s face, but catching his wife, Maryse, instead. Danhausen then escapes on Miz’s daughter’s bike as Miz and Maryse look on in anger.
The Miz has now addressed the matter by posting about it on X, saying that Danhausen unlawfully entered their home and trespassed on private property, something that warrants legal action.

Most concerning, he caused significant damage to my wife’s hair, which, to this day, is still being treated. We have formally retained the best attorneys in the country and have begun reviewing every available legal option.
Our legal team is actively preparing the appropriate response and pursuing this matter accordingly. This is no longer a joke. This not a curse. Danhausen is a criminal. He is liable.

With things heating up between the two stars, it looks like this feud is going to continue in the weeks to come.
